The most advanced water filtration technology
Some questions you may have:
A: Most of Australia’s tap water meets quality standards, but that doesn’t necessarily make it the healthiest option—it simply meets the minimum standard for drinkability. In Western Australia, South Australia, and Queensland, water quality is generally worse than in Victoria due to groundwater issues.
Additionally, water can become contaminated during transmission through pipes, picking up substances such as microplastics, heavy metals (like lead or copper), and minerals that can cause buildup in appliances.

A: All reverse osmosis (RO) systems produce some waste, and some are more efficient than others. We are pleased to say that our RO waste system produces only 1 part waste to every 3 parts pure water (1:3). Many people use the waste water for things such as:
1. Filling their cleaning spray bottles
2. Watering outdoor plants
3. Cleaning the floor
A: Power usage: 0.1kWh/24h
A: No, simply fill your fresh water tank with water from your tap, plug the machine in to the power (220V) and then the machine will start filtering your water immediately.
A: Yes, two years' manufacturers' warranty.
A: You may be surprised to hear that the Oasis filters work out much cheaper than buying a filter jug for your fridge.
Because the Oasis system uses a 5-stage filter system (using three separate filters), you only have to replace the one which needs changing.
On average, the filters have the following lifespan:
Carbon Filter (C0): around 9-12 months
PAC: 9-12 months
Reverse Osmosis: average 18 months
A: In a 2022 research test, the Oasis machine removed 99.9% of all contaminants from the water (above 0.0001μm?)
A: At the moment, the Oasis system comes in white, but we are looking into models that come in other colours (such as chrome or black). These models (if developed) will not be available until at least Q4 2025.
A: The Oasis Countertop Purifier filters water fresh on demand — there's no long-term storage like with bottled water, which can sit for weeks and will release microplastics.
Our machine typically holds water for less than half a day, and it automatically cleans itself if not used for a while. The parts in contact with water are made from food-grade materials like silicone and PP (the same kind of safe plastic commonly used in baby bottles and food containers).You can enjoy every glass with peace of mind — fresh, clean, and microplastic-free.
A：The Oasis has a 1.8L internal purified water tank that serves as a buffer, but the system is designed for on-demand filtration — meaning you get freshly filtered water every time you pour.
In addition, there's a 500ml cold water tank used specifically for chilling and storing cold water.
